Trisha performs and choreographs across Contemporary, West African, Kathak, and Odissi traditions, often blending them within a single work rather than treating them as separate vocabularies. As a performer, she's danced with choreographers including Juel D. Lane, Dwana Smallwood, and Sidra Bell. As a choreographer, she uses mediums like concert dance, dance film, site-specific and physical theater to represent stories, communities, and emotions.
