Trisha led fundraising and logistics for The Pluck Project, raising $33,000 through outreach to external collaborators, institutional partners, and individual donors. She managed auditions and weekly rehearsal schedules across 23 original dance pieces, coordinating artists, crew, and run-of-show for the final performances, and organized an educational trip to New York City for 23 students, facilitating networking and collaboration with industry professionals.
